Jordan Deposit Insurance Corporation (JODIC) has launched its new website (www.dic.gov.jo) as part of the development and updating procedures it pursues and in accordance with the latest websites design and development technologies, within its constant and continuous endeavor to communicate with all related parties and authorities with transparency and clarity to deliver its mission and objectives to spread awareness among the public of depositors in the Kingdom.

The website was designed and developed by Echo Technology in accordance with the Jordan Government Websites Guidelines and Standards and government's directions to standardize the design and format of websites for all ministries, corporations and government departments. The standards used in the design and development of the new website support various electronic devices and operating systems in smart phones.

JODIC’s new website is considered as a main window for communication with member banks, the public of depositors and any other parties related to the scope and nature of the corporation’s work in order to enable the visitor to obtain comprehensive information about the deposit insurance system and JODIC’s role to encourage savings, enhance confidence in banking system, and contribute to maintaining banking and financial stability in the Kingdom. The website includes many related websites such as member banks, the Deposit Insurance Fund for Islamic Banks and some local and international Corporations related to deposits insurance system around the world.

The Corporation is constantly keen to update news and events and publish the latest developments about deposit insurance in the Kingdom as well as it is ready to receive any suggestions from website visitors that would contribute to the development and improvement of the Corporation's website.
