Under the patronage of His Excellency the Director General, Dr. Waleed Al-Qasrawi, the Deposit Insurance Corporation organized a specialized awareness workshop on cybersecurity in cooperation with the National Cybersecurity Center.

This workshop is part of the Corporation's ongoing efforts to enhance cybersecurity awareness among its staff. The workshop was presented by Engineer Alaa Al-Kasasbeh from the National Cybersecurity Center, who reviewed key cybersecurity concepts, the growing risks and evolving cyber threats, and methods for taking preventative measures against potential cyber incidents. He also discussed the role of employees in protecting systems and information.

This event is part of the Technical Support and Information Technology Unit's initiatives aimed at establishing best practices in information security and promoting digital literacy, thereby ensuring a safe and stable work environment that supports the pursuit of institutional excellence.
