JODIC participated in April 2021 in the virtual meeting of the Middle East and North Africa Regional Committee of the International Association of Deposit Insurers (IADI).

Many topics were discussed during the meeting in order to exchange expertise and know more about the latest developments of deposit insurance in the region. Also, Mr. Zaher Hammuz, the General Manager of Palestine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) was re-elected for the position of the Chairperson for MENA Regional Committee for the second consecutive term.
